Do you still eat as pre=MS?
I tried Swank, paleo, gluten free. I felt good on all of them because that is what that style of eating does, but I don't think there was any MS difference until I simply quit sugar.
I quit sugar two months ago and I feel as though my progression has stopped.
I was diagnosed as SPMS and from what I understood, SPMS is continuous progression without remission. But I feel as though I have been in remission for at least 1.5 months.
MS illusion? Or might sugar have been making me worse? Ever tried anything 'alternative' that seemed to have worked?
